Business Entity FAQs
Who can use these services?
These services are available only to Florida residents forming a Florida LLC or Florida profit corporation, or requesting EIN assistance for their Florida business.
Are Florida filing fees included?
No. The listed $199 and $249 prices are professional service fees. Florida filing charges and any optional government documents are paid separately.
Is the EIN itself free?
Yes. The IRS issues EINs without a government fee. The $75 price covers professional intake, preparation, submission assistance, and confirmation guidance.
Can you choose the legal structure for me?
We can explain general tax-filing differences and help with the selected filing, but we do not provide legal advice or decide the ownership or liability structure for you. Consult a Florida attorney when legal guidance is needed.
What is not included?
Registered-agent service, operating agreements, corporate bylaws, licenses, permits, annual reports, tax-return preparation, legal advice, and complex or customized ownership documents are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
