Terms of Use

Effective date: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ultimatetaxpreparation.com and its links, content, resources, and online services. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized tax, legal, investment, lending, or financial advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on your specific facts.

Tax laws, deadlines, rates, and administrative guidance may change. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, or applicable to every situation.

No Automatic Client Relationship

Visiting this website, sending an email, creating a portal account, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a tax-preparer–client relationship.

A professional relationship begins only after Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC agrees to provide a service and any required engagement terms, information, authorizations, and payments have been completed.

Services

Services may include individual and business tax preparation, amended returns, after-the-fact payroll assistance, IRS-notice support, business entity tax education, and homebuyer financial-document support. Availability, scope, deadlines, and pricing depend on the client’s circumstances, records, requested work, and applicable professional limitations.

Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC operates through an Electronic Return Originator and PTIN tax return preparer. Unless separately stated in writing, we are not a CPA firm, law firm, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, appraiser, underwriter, or enrolled agent practice.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
  • Provide every relevant tax form, notice, and supporting record.
  • Review the completed return and verify names, Social Security numbers, income, deductions, credits, dependents, bank information, and filing elections.
  • Ask questions before approving or signing a return.
  • Inform us promptly about missing, corrected, or newly received information.
  • Meet payment, document, signature, and filing deadlines.

Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC may decline to prepare or submit a return when information appears incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unsupported, or unlawful.

Electronic Filing

A return will not be electronically submitted until the client has reviewed it and provided the required authorization, including a signed Form 8879 or another applicable authorization when required. Acceptance by the IRS or another taxing authority does not guarantee a particular refund, processing time, audit result, tax benefit, or final outcome.

Pricing and Payments

Published prices are starting prices. Final fees may depend on complexity, schedules, forms, states, bookkeeping condition, payroll periods, document requests, amendments, optional products, and additional work.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or an approved Pay Later provider. Third-party services may impose separate terms and fees. Payments and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and any applicable written engagement agreement.

Privacy and Tax Information

Personal and tax information is handled according to our Privacy & Security notice and applicable law.

Tax-return information is subject to Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 and related regulations. When separate consent is legally required for a use or disclosure, that consent will be presented separately. Website use or acceptance of these Terms does not replace a required taxpayer consent.

Sensitive documents should be submitted through the secure client portal—not ordinary email.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to MyTaxPortal, Stripe, ID.me, IRS websites, state agencies, and other independent services. Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, decisions, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Homebuyer Document Support

Homebuyer services are limited to preparing financial documents based on information and records supplied by the client. Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC does not make lending or underwriting decisions and does not guarantee that a lender, broker, underwriter, or other requesting party will accept a document or approve financing.

Prohibited Use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, portal, or another client’s information.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading information.
  • Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation.
  • Copy or commercially reuse website content without permission.
  • Use the website or services to violate tax, financial, privacy, or other laws.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee a tax refund, tax savings, credit, deduction, IRS result, loan approval, document acceptance, processing date, or other specific outcome. Results depend on the client’s facts, documentation, applicable law, taxing authorities, financial institutions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ultimate Tax Preparation, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from general website information, third-party websites, service interruptions, or a client’s failure to provide accurate and timely information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our services, website, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
