Membership Terms (Summary)
- What’s included: One annual individual Form 1040 with e-file of federal + one state.
- What’s not included: Extra states, business returns (Schedule C/E, partnerships, S-Corp), and complex/rare forms—quoted and approved before work begins.
- Support: Up to 5 questions/month (email or text) and one up-to-30-minute call/month. Response within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Support scope: Traditional covers questions about the return we prepare only. For broader guidance (planning, W-4, estimates, entity topics), use the Membership.
- Term & cancellation: 12-month term billed monthly at $20. Cancel anytime after the term. If you cancel before your included return is filed, you’ll pay the difference to our standard prep price for your situation.
- Payments & failures: Failed payments may pause service until resolved.
- Eligibility: Membership is for individual returns only. Limited to the first 100 founding members.
