Pay the full preparation fee when your return is ready. You can also choose “pay from refund” in the portal.

Does the $20/month include my tax prep?
Yes—your annual individual tax return (federal + one state) is included. At tax time you’ll only pay bank/processing/transmission/admin fees.
Can business returns use the membership?
No. Business tax returns are not eligible for the $20/month membership.
Can I switch methods later?
Yes. You can move from Traditional to Membership (or vice-versa) before your return is started. Contact us in the portal.
How do I pay from my refund?
Choose the refund-pay option inside the Client Portal when you approve your return. Bank/processing fees apply.
*Membership covers an annual individual federal + one state e-filed return for a single taxpayer household. Extra states, business returns, and complex forms may incur additional fees and will be quoted before work begins. Refund-transfer bank/processing/transmission/admin fees are separate from membership billing. We follow Circular 230 standards, Form 7216 consent, and secure document handling practices.
