This plan provides year-round guidance for W-2 earners.
This membership is a 12-month contractual agreement.
You may cancel at any time; however, if you cancel before completing 12 months,
the remaining balance for the term will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
Tax preparation fees are separate and based on the
complexity of your return—never your refund amount.
Scope: Memberships cover individual Form 1040 only.
Business entity returns (1065, 1120-S, 1120) are not included and are billed separately.

E-file fees: For e-filed returns, bank, processing, and transmission fees may apply.
If you choose Pay-from-Refund (refund transfer), additional third-party bank fees may apply.
All such fees are separate from preparation fees and will be disclosed for approval prior to e-file.
1) What’s Included
Questions via portal: up to 3 per month

IRS Third Party Designee on your individual return (when filed by us)

2) What’s Not Included
Tax return preparation and filing (billed separately per our Pricing)
Bookkeeping, payroll processing, or legal/financial advice
Audit/appeals representation (available by separate engagement)

3) Fair Use
We aim to keep support responsive and sustainable for solo practice capacity.
If your needs exceed plan limits (e.g., frequent document reviews, complex planning),
we’ll provide options: upgrade scope, add a paid consultation, or engage per project.
4) Billing & Cancellation
$20/month, billed via Stripe subscription

Charges already billed are non-refundable; partial months aren’t prorated
Non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is current
5) Document Timelines & Deadlines
Filing deadlines depend on timely document submission. If documents arrive too close to a deadline,
we may recommend filing an extension to ensure accuracy. You’re responsible for penalties/interest
if documents are late or incomplete.
6) Communication & Availability
Primary support via the Client Portal; typical replies within 1–2 business days
Calls are scheduled; unused quarterly calls don’t roll over
7) Privacy & Security
We use a secure portal for documents and messages. See our
Privacy Policy for data use and retention.
We comply with IRS rules (e.g., Form 7216) regarding use/disclosure of tax information.
8) Changes to the Plan
We may update plan features or pricing with notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
